Prerequisites
- Access to the affected project, or an admin who can grant it.
- The names of any channels or teammates involved.
- Awareness of your plan's project and channel limits.
Steps
- Open the project and read any error shown when you save.
- Confirm required fields such as name, brand, and goals are complete.
- For a channel that will not attach, check that the social account is connected and healthy.
- For missing brand context, confirm it was saved on this project, not another.
- For a teammate who cannot see the project, check their role and project access.
- Save again and confirm the project reaches a ready state.
Expected result
The project saves, attaches its channels, applies its brand context, and is visible to the right teammates.
Verification
- The project saves without an error and shows as ready.
- Attached channels appear in the project's channel list.
- Teammates with the right role can open the project.
If something goes wrong
- A channel will not attach
- Open Social Accounts and reconnect the account; a channel needs a healthy connection.
- A project limit blocks a new project
- Compare plans in billing and add credits or upgrade before retrying.
- A teammate still cannot see the project
- Ask an admin to confirm the teammate's role and project access.
Permissions
Members can fix their own project content; changing roles, access, and plan limits needs an admin or owner.
