  3. For a channel that will not attach, check that the social account is connected and healthy.
  4. For missing brand context, confirm it was saved on this project, not another.
  5. For a teammate who cannot see the project, check their role and project access.
  6. Save again and confirm the project reaches a ready state.

The project saves, attaches its channels, applies its brand context, and is visible to the right teammates.

Verification

If something goes wrong

A channel will not attach
Open Social Accounts and reconnect the account; a channel needs a healthy connection.
A project limit blocks a new project
Compare plans in billing and add credits or upgrade before retrying.
A teammate still cannot see the project
Ask an admin to confirm the teammate's role and project access.

Permissions

Members can fix their own project content; changing roles, access, and plan limits needs an admin or owner.
