Diagnose and clear the common reasons an analytics report shows no data, reports numbers that look wrong, appears stale, or will not export.
Who this is for
Owners, admins, creators, and support members whose analytics look empty, wrong, or stale.
Prerequisites
- Permission to view analytics for the workspace.
- The name of the report or panel that looks wrong.
- At least one connected channel or active campaign that should have data in the range you are checking.
Steps
- Open Analytics and select the report or panel that looks empty, wrong, or stale.
- Check the date range first; a range that misses active work is the most common cause of an empty panel.
- For an empty panel, confirm the channel or campaign is connected and was active during the range you selected.
- For numbers that look wrong, reset the date range and confirm the right data source, then compare again before assuming the figure is incorrect.
- For data that looks stale, allow time for recent activity to be collected, then refresh the report.
- Review the anomaly panel for a flagged reason, then export a summary if you need to share what you found.
Expected result
You can tell whether a report is genuinely empty or simply set to a date range that misses active work, the panels show data for the range you selected, and you can export a summary that matches what you reviewed.

- The panel shows data once the date range covers active work.
- The numbers stay consistent when you reset the date range.
- An exported summary downloads and matches the report you reviewed on screen.
If something goes wrong
- A panel still shows no data after resetting the range
- Confirm the channel is connected and was active in that period; a newly connected channel has no history before it was linked.
- Numbers look wrong
- Check whether the date range crosses a workspace time-zone boundary that shifts a day's totals, and which data source each panel uses.
- Recent activity is missing from a report
- Allow time for recent results to be collected and refresh; very recent activity can take a while to appear.
- The export will not download
- Allow downloads for the site in your browser, then export again; if it still fails, try a narrower range.
Permissions
Viewing analytics and exporting summaries is broadly available; changing which sources feed a report needs an admin role.
