Read analytics and reports
Understand channel, campaign, creator, AI usage, and anomaly reports so your next action is based on visible evidence.
Purpose
Read channel, campaign, creator, and assistant-usage reports, spot anomalies, and turn each insight into a clear next action.
Who this is for
Owners, admins, creators, and support members who act on performance data.
Prerequisites
- At least one connected channel or active campaign with data.
- A date range that covers the work you want to review.
- Permission to view analytics for the workspace.
Steps
- Open Analytics and choose the dashboard or report you need.
- Set the date range and chart density, and confirm each panel's data source.
- Review channel, campaign, creator, and assistant-usage panels.
- Check the anomaly review for anything that needs attention.
- Pick a next action: draft, pause, approve, reconnect, or export.
- Export a summary if you need to share evidence with the team.
Expected result
You can explain what changed, why, and what to do next, with an exportable summary backing the decision.
Verification
- Panels show data for the date range you selected.
- Anomalies, if any, are listed with a suggested next step.
- An exported report downloads with the summary you reviewed.
If something goes wrong
- A panel shows no data
- Confirm the channel is connected and the date range covers active work.
- Numbers look wrong
- Check the date range and which data source each panel uses; a panel can read from a different source than you expect.
- Export does not download
- Allow downloads for the site, then export again.
Permissions
Viewing analytics is broadly available; configuring report sources needs an admin role.
