Prerequisites
- Access to the affected creator profile.
- The display name, handle, and categories you expect to see.
- Awareness of whether the profile has been published.
Steps
- Open the creator profile and read any message shown when you save.
- Confirm required fields such as display name and handle are complete.
- For a preview that looks wrong, reopen the changed field, confirm it saved, and refresh the preview.
- For a handle that is rejected, choose a different handle and save again.
- Confirm the profile is published, not just saved, so it can appear in discovery.
- Check that the categories, languages, and regions match how brands are searching.
Expected result
The profile saves with its required fields, the preview matches what you entered, and a published profile appears in discovery for its categories.

- The profile saves and the changes remain after reload.
- The preview shows the fields you entered.

If something goes wrong
- The profile will not save
- Confirm required fields are filled and the handle is accepted, then save again.
- The profile is saved but not discoverable
- Confirm you published it; saving alone does not publish to discovery.
