  1. Open Billing from the workspace navigation.
  2. Compare plans and included limits against your expected volume.
  3. Review current credit balance and assistant usage for the period.
  4. Add credits or change the plan if you expect to exceed a limit.
  5. Set or confirm spend gates so usage pauses before an unexpected overage.
  6. Save the changes and confirm the new limits show in the usage panel.

Expected result

Your plan, credits, and spend gates reflect your team's needs, and the usage panel shows current usage against clear, customer-visible limits.

If something goes wrong

A change does not save
Confirm your role includes billing access; some changes need an owner or billing admin.
Usage is paused unexpectedly
Review spend gates and remaining credits, then add capacity or adjust the gate.
An invoice amount is unclear
Open the invoice summary; for amounts you cannot reconcile, contact support.

Permissions

Anyone can compare plans; changing plans, adding credits, and editing spend gates needs an owner or billing-capable admin.
