What is LumenReach?

LumenReach is a workspace where you plan, create, approve, and review social media content with an AI assistant that helps but never decides for you. External publishing is not active in this release — you approve important things, and provider connections can show unavailable or pending states until your workspace is ready.

Purpose

Steps

Open Home and scan what needs your attention — recent activity, pending approvals, and any workspace alerts.
Go to Projects and create your first project: name it, set the brand voice, and pick at least one channel.
In Create, open Content Studio and draft a short piece of content so you see how blocks, preview, and saving work.
Ask the AI assistant for a quick draft or summary inside the project to see how estimates and guidance appear.
Go to Approve and check the Approval Queue so you understand how a second human decides each request before anything runs.
Open Connect to review your social accounts and connection health — channels may show unavailable or pending until setup is complete, and external publishing is not active in this release.

Expected result

You know what LumenReach does, the one rule, where each part of the product lives, and how to spend your first 10 minutes.

If something goes wrong

You expected content to publish automatically: External publishing is not active in this release. Approved runs finish internally only; nothing is delivered to an external network.
A provider connection shows unavailable or pending: Provider connections can show unavailable or pending states until your workspace admin finishes setup. Ask your workspace admin or check Social Accounts for the connection health.
