Find and read the legal and trust documents

The legal and trust center is where you read the agreements, privacy commitments, AI disclosures, and security promises that govern your workspace. This article shows you how to open it, browse documents by category, jump to the exact section you need, and check each document's version, effective date, and review status so you know whether it is final or still under review.

Purpose

Find and read the agreement, privacy, AI, or trust document you need, and confirm its version, effective date, and review status before you rely on it.

Who this is for

Anyone who needs to read the terms, privacy notice, AI disclosure, or trust and security documents that apply to their workspace.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Open the legal and trust center from the Legal and trust link in the site footer.
  2. In the left-hand list, find the category you need - Agreements, Privacy, AI and platform, or Trust - and select a document title.
  3. Read the document summary, then check the version, effective date, last reviewed and next review dates, owner, and review status shown at the top.
  4. Use the On this page contents to jump straight to the section you need, then read the section text.
  5. On the Cookie Notice, set your optional cookie choices and save them if you want to change what is used on this device.
  6. If you have a question, use the contact address listed on the document, choosing the one that matches your topic.

Expected result

You can read the exact document and section you need, you can see its version, effective date, and whether it is published or still under review, and you know which contact address to use for follow-up questions.

Verification

If something goes wrong

You cannot find the document you need
Check each category in the left-hand list - Agreements, Privacy, AI and platform, and Trust - since documents are grouped by topic rather than listed alphabetically.
A document is marked as under counsel review
Treat it as a draft for information only and confirm with the listed legal contact before relying on it; published documents are marked as published.
Your saved cookie choice did not appear to take effect
Save your preferences again on the Cookie Notice; your choice is stored on this device, so it may differ on another browser or device.

Permissions

The legal and trust center is public, so anyone can read it without a role or a signed-in session; cookie preferences you save apply only to the device and browser you set them on.
