Anyone creating an account, accepting an invitation, or signing in to a workspace.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Open the sign-in panel from the landing page or your invitation link.
  2. Choose an available sign-in method; unavailable methods are shown with a setup note.
  3. Complete the email, passkey, or single sign-on prompt.
  4. Review and accept any pending workspace invitation.
  5. Confirm you land in the right workspace and your role is shown.

Expected result

You reach your workspace signed in, with the correct role, and any unavailable provider clearly labelled rather than failing silently.

Verification

If something goes wrong

A sign-in provider is unavailable
Use another listed method, or ask a workspace admin to finish that provider's setup.
An invitation link has expired
Ask the workspace owner to send a fresh invitation.
You sign in but see no workspace
Confirm you accepted the invitation for the right workspace, then ask an admin to re-invite if needed.

Permissions

Anyone with a valid invitation can register; choosing sign-in providers for the whole workspace needs an admin.
