Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Open Social Accounts from the workspace navigation.
  2. Choose a channel and start its guided connection.
  3. Review the permissions the connection will use, in plain language.
  4. Complete the provider authorization in the window that opens.
  5. Return to LumenReach and confirm the channel shows as connected.
  6. Check connection health and reconnect any channel that needs attention.

Expected result

Each connected channel shows a clear ready status, the permissions it uses, and a human-readable last-checked time, so you only publish through healthy connections.

Verification

If something goes wrong

Authorization closes without connecting
Confirm you used an account with admin access to the channel, then start the connection again.
A channel shows it needs reconnecting
Open the channel and run reconnect; permissions may have changed on the provider side.
A channel you expect is missing
Confirm the channel is supported on your plan and that an admin enabled it.

Connecting and disconnecting channels needs an owner, admin, or integration role; other members can view connection health.
